Any chance we end up in Outback bowl?

I really want to go to Tampa to a bowl and not to Jacksonville(too cold) Texas(no beaches) or Arizona(too far away) Any chance if we beat Michigan and Nebraska, the Outback bowl scoops us up?

If Nebraska and Minnesota lose this week, Iowa wins next week, and the Big Ten sends two teams to the BCS, I think there is a great chance that Iowa ends up in Tampa.
