I thought the Iowa State game would be big because it would give us an idea of where we were. Sure hoping that wasnt the case and we were in a temporary funk, but have to be concerned especially with some of the post game comments from White. We really need to win tonight and look good doing it or it could really spiral down especially with the early Big Ten schedule! Anyway we sure got North Carolina at the right time

I hope you're right. UNI showed pretty good moxie last week at VCU. Iowa is more "talented" but UNI is a really good team. Iowa needs this win. UNI probably makes the NCAA, a 2-3 non con record against NCAA teams (UT, 'Cuse, UNC, ISU & UNI) is much better than 1-4.
I want to see Jok start and hold down the job the rest of the season. I also want to see TD and Ellingson play some important minutes. Jok, TD and Ellingson just might wind up being the difference makers this season.

Jok shoud help a lot, but I don't see Dickerson and Ellingson getting many minutes in conference games.
