I was hoping we would get Bobby Knight for at least one of our NIT games. I wonder if he does the games in MSG.

At the end of the UT-Mercer game, you could tell that Bob Knight wanted that game to finish up.
Would have loved to see Knight in Iowa City, but once it was announced that it was ESPNU, the announcers were basically going to be Thing #1 and Thing #2.

Would be cool to see Coach Knight (see what I did there?) but I watched him do some of Mercer/Tennessee game. He was brutal. He came off as a guy sitting in the stands talking to his buddy during the game. It was bad.

ESPNU would be better off just getting someone who is majoring in broadcasting from the host university. At least that way they would know something about one of the teams.
