Did anyone happen to catch Whats on Tap yesterday afternoon? WOW, what an embarrassment. He lost his fan card IMO. Unfortunately, I dont see a podcast.

Well he went on a tirade for about 15 mins. Calling out players, saying he hopes they loose the first game in the NCAA tournament so he can enjoy watching the tournament and cheering for ISU. This coming from a football season ticket holder, and self proclaimed "fan".

Essentially the essence of Rick Browns article but as the host of radio show on the air. He was also implying that he was speaking for most Iowa fans.

I think he went way too far.
Especially since it was 2 days since Iowa lost to NW, he should have had time to calm down some.

Give AD a break...he's the first to point out that he gets pessimistic and guarded when things aren't going Iowa's way.

I can be as negative as anyone...but no Iowa fan should ever.....EVER...root for them to lose.

What if you want the coach gone? I'm gonna be honest here. I have never rooted for the football team to lose. But I do not get as mad as I do about bball when the team loses. One reason, they lose= Kirk has a better chance of seeing the door. Sorry if you're a Kirk fan.

Answer is still no. I wanted Lick gone, but I still wanted the team to win

My personal feelings towards a coach is irrelevant....l am a fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes....and I always want them to win.

Same. I dont want them to lose. I just don't get as upset and see a positive in it.

Anyone who wants to see Iowa lose or a coach to be fired is not an Iowa fan.

Unfortunately, you must be one of those "learned soccer parent" types who sits on the sideline saying nothing and being revolted when anyone else on the sideline gets excited or upset about stuff. If you were the AD at Iowa Lickliter would still be running the program. What a DISASTER that was.
