No, I'm not scoreboard watching because the only one I care about on Saturday is the one at Kinnick. Unless the Hawks run the table I don't expect to be in the Rose Bowl. Just curious everyone's thoughts on Sparty possibly looking ahead and the Kitties pulling off the upset. Haven't watched them much this year.
 
I'd rather have MSU undefeated than fresh off a loss to NU. Kinda like I think this is the ideal weekend to play the wisconsin skunks.

Seriously though. I think there are about 2-4 teams in the top tier of the B10, and then there is a drop off. UM is a good example of a one-sided football team. That ain't enough to get it done in the B10, & MSU is a well balanced team.
 
Nope. Northwestern simply isn't good enought to beat MSU.

Besides, oddly enough, Northwestern seems to be a better road team than a home team.

I'll load my drawers if Northwestern pulls off the upset. I definitely will not have seen it coming.

In fact, I think that Iowa gets a little revenge on Northwestern this season at Evanston. Of course, maybe that's just a little wishful thinking on my part ...

Yeah, that is gonna happen. This Northwestern sh!t has to stop.
 
I think MSU could be in trouble this weekend too, since it is their first "true" road game. They haven't been blowing teams away, and I can see NW sticking around late in the game (much like they do against Iowa).
 
For a second there I thought this thread was going to be about Iowa playing @ NW...which...I'd agree....an ambush lying-on-wait for sure.
 
Every year NW has a solid football team, and every year people doubt them. I thought they'd give MSU a tough game this week, although I didn't see them leading 17-7 at the half! I agree that I'd prefer that MSU win this weekend, so they come to Kinnick undefeated.

If iowa hadn't lost 4 out 5 I would agree..... A lot of energy/emotion will be spent the next couple of weeks with that said KF and co. will be prepared for NW, you won't get a repeat of Arizona
