Alright time to move on

Looking over the early lines today.
What I came to realize is consistency is at a premium right now.
I'm confident Nebraska can beat MN, but man oh man, it's either feast or famine with Nebraska.
Same with Iowa. When they are rolling, they are hard to stop, but it's either that or they are at a dead stop. They have to learn to fight through that. A good run game plan should bring that.
The Wisconsin game is interesting. There might be some value there. Will have to wait for complete lines to come out.

There is some interesting lines on the Patriots/Giants game this week also.

That's as far as I got this morning.
To be continued.

Might want to pump the brakes on Nebraska at MN. Martinez is already banged up (as predicted) and unlikely to play this weekend, they have some other guys doubtful as well. MN is probably the worst 5-0 team in the country but they have lady luck on their side this year and Nebraska has dropped 8 of their last 9 road games.

Don't worry. Nebraska's secondary will get away with holding and grabbing all day which won't get called because there is a B1G conspiracy in place to make Nebraska relevant again.:p

I don't think minny is good, the problem is I know Nebraska isn't good with or without Martinez. They actually might get better without him, which seems weird to say, but as I heard some guys discuss over here, maybe guys stop watching for him to make a play and go make a couple on their own. Here's hoping MSU helps us out and does something positive for once. Can't believe i'm about to say this.....gulp....but rooting for msu on Saturday. Man they could make this interesting if they beat wiscy.

I expect the gophers will win. By how much, idk.
It's always difficult to think about giving up two possessions. Especially in this game.
Minnesota wants this one.
But Nebraska needs to win the "winnable" games to make a bowl.
I just get the feeling this one could be a fight.
If neither shoots themselves in the foot, I am not comfortable giving up two possessions on MN. But as sporadic as Nebby is, I'm not comfortable taking two possessions either.
If forced, I think I would take MN to cover.
But I am not forced.

Yeah all eyes are on MSU.
What they do this year really affects how it all shakes out.
OSU, Wisconsin, PSU and Michigan.
MSU has the capability to make the race very interesting.

You don't have to hit the enter key after each sentence. The space bar is the exact same amount of effort and it doesn't make your posts read like a Cormac McCarthy novel.

I'm taking Iowa and Minnesota. If Iowa would have beaten Michigan (like they should have) I would be taking Penn State. Our coaches, whether they planned it or not, just installed a little can of hate and discontent that will be necessary to win the West. Good luck and Go Hawks!

I'm gun shy on the Hawks. PSU is better than Michigan. I think our defense can hold them to around 21 or so, but if we can't move the ball and sustain drives early on, it's going to be tough sledding.
MN seems like it's to easy. I am probably going to wait and think about that one. What scares me is Nebraska needs this game. They need 2 more to get bowl eligible.
They have MN, Indiana and Purdue.
Then Wisconsin, Maryland, and us. I'm not saying this is a must win for them, but Wisconsin is going to slaughter them. Maryland if healthy has the fire power to easily win. If we get our collective crap together we should win. Maryland also gets them at home. Maybe it's not a must win, but it's like I said a few weeks back, they need to get to 6 and they need to do it asap. Because I don't think they sweep Minnesota, Indiana, and Purdue.

Hmmm...Nebraska at Minnesota. I'm not sure which team we've beaten 4 straight I want to win. I would hate to see Minnesota 8-0...but at the end of the day...Nebraska losing always puts a spring in my step.

Michigan state winning this weekend is of utmost importance. Iowa will lose at least one more game and it needs help winning the west very badly. I despise Michigan state and all their horrible history of violence against women, but we can be spartan fans for 3 hours.

The only bright spot is Wisconsin has OSU.
But yeah, pretty much if we don't win this Saturday and Wisconsin does. We are done.
That's what sucked about this last game. Because we could have won that one.
