After last night I’m thinking 6-6 is likely

Not an overreaction but we finally met a team that stoned our line and it really exposed the LBs and secondary, they collectively might be the worst unit in the BIG.

I’m pretty confident about Indiana, Illinois and Nebraska for wins.

Penn State will flay us. I expect a typical flat start to the Minny game and a close loss. Purdue has that stud WR that we simply can’t cover and Northwestern is always trouble for us.

The only game I’m not sure on is MD but their OC/HC is really innovative so I’m saying loss.

Definitely not an overreaction - thot exact same. Hopeful not but I see virtually every game but Neb & Illannoy(Ws) and PSU(big L) as 50/50.:(

I think PSU is definitely a loss. Purdue, Maryland likely losses. The rest? Who knows. Next game is crucial. We will find out just what this team is made of. Handle Minnesota and 9-3 is possible.

I predicted 7-5 and have seen nothing so far that would indicate otherwise.

Every game is always 50/50 under Ferentz. Sure, top 5 opponents are 50/50, but SO IS PURDUE!

It's what I've been saying since 2006. To win in this system consistently, you need players that execute perfectly. That means pros. And we don't recruit at a high enough level on offense to do it.

Simplify the run scheme. Simplify the passing game. Check with me. You can still run a pro-style west coast offense. Just put the kids in a position to win. Stop treating them like they're the New England Patriots.

Otherwise, we are going to continue to be in two minute offense at the end of every game.

Preaching to the choir with me. Ive shared ur frustration over the whole damn scheme / philosophy / strategy - especially the mismatch to players and game situations - for the exact same decade plus.

Not much more to say, which is why I don’t post much, anymore. Too much aggravation and wasted energy to keep shouting into a hurricane, brother.
