95% of fans understood this without having to be told directly. I think it is obvious that when they talk about this team being closer and tighter with better leadership, they are directly talking about players who left, not players who graduated.

Thanks for sharing. I also like that Kirk acknowledges the fact that he told the guys to think about the big picture. For so many years we've heard the take 1 game at a time coach speak, so that certainly seems to be a change of philosophy for Kirk or at least admitting to looking ahead and at the big picture.

There were a ton of threads on this exact topic, and its now clear him leaving was all on him, kid made a decision, lied about why, not KF. Seems to have worked out for all parties thus far.
