When does Fran have to win? For me, if we see progress like Kirk had with his players would work for me. If you can actually see guys buying into the system and be competative by the end year one so that teams like Wisconsin, MSU, Purdue and OSU know that they have to at least show up to win and then by year 2 look like they have got a chance to at least win their games and finish strong. By year 3 at least sniff at the top of the league and a title. What's everyone elses feeling?

I'd like to see 15 wins with while being competitive in most loses for this upcoming year. After next year I think we'll know what to expect in the future. I wouldn't make any demands for the following season until we know what we have in this coach.
