I know people are concerned about Hawkeyes leaving or about the recruits leaving but are these Fran's type of players? This the time to clean house or leave, some of these guys were recruited to play in a completely different style of play. Fast break players are usually successful if they are athletic, I think in Lick's style he could get away with having lessor athletes which I think he thought he could get away with here but as we all know in the Big Ten and from wathing the Tom Davis system, you need athletes and alot of them if you are going to run and press. This is the best time to clean house, just a fact. Better than to continually lose guys year after year like Lick. Captain Kirk went throught the cleaning house process at first as well. A coach needs his guys.
