If he pushes or gets on guys they are likely not going to listen. Especially after he is the one that said that he is tired of the Hawks losing to teams they are better than. But the second best player on the team is mostly average in games against top 25 caliber teams. Marble has been good for all but two. You got to have two go to guys vs. top competition and a lot of times three scorers.

If the second best player on the team has those numbers against top 25-esque teams, what do you think the team's record would be?
White's good games are running games/good defensive games with break-outs. In half-court games, he's been average offensively. There's really no good excuse for his offensive stats at home the last two games.
Like you said, all the matters now is getting the work done to peak in March.
