I'll admit it, I'm on board! He plays very smart ball too, well beyond his years. If he continues to improve over the years, he could be our next Ryan Bowen or Chris Street. I think the starting lineup should be Cartwright (when 100%), Marble, Gatens, White and Basabe. Seems like a solid group to me!

He is fun too watch... Awkwardly effective. This team is in dire need of a true center though. That's what scares me the most. The B1G is gonna eat us alive unless we can develop some kind of production from a Center.

It's a shame that the center won't be here until next year unless Gabe really starts to pick up his game. He is the only center option on current team and please don't mention Brommer or Artchie.

Agree with everyone. What I saw from White last night that really impressed (beyond his play) was how fiery the kid is. He had a dunk right after getting inserted to the lineup, then caught a nice pass from Marble for a hoop in transition, which caused Boise to call a TO. He pumped his fist and looked at the crowd while walking to the bench. McCaffrey was right, the kid plays with a chip on his shoulder. He will be geeked out of his mind to play OSU and has already said he hates them.

I'm not ready to write Bryce off just yet. He's shown he can perform in B10 play. I really don't think he is playing at 100% right now and once he gets it together he will be fine. I think Marble is best utilized as a #2 anyway.

White has been a pleasant surprise on the upside. Does anyone know what's wrong with Cartwright? They've said he has some viral thing going on? Forget Brommer and Archie..as a matter of fact they should just bench Brommer and give Olaseni minutes so he can be effective next year. We are looking at another 11 win season anyway.
Not trying to call Bruce out but I don't think hes just sick anymore. Imo he isn't gonna be the same player and with gessel and marble in the backcourt next year I doubt he'll get much time.

Aaron White is one hell of a baller. He's been getting good minutes throughout the season with a few exceptions (Campbell and UNI).
Marble, White, Basabe, Gessel and Woodbury will be the starting 5 for several years to come. That's a tall, athletic and offensive minded hoops team that will make the NCAA tournament. Throw Oglesby into the mix as a spot up guy and that's an unbelievably impressive 6-man rotation.
Added depth at the C position with Meyers and Olaseni.
Added wing depth and athletic ability with Ingram.
Solid bruiser with McCabe.
Excellent PG backup with Clemmons,.
That's what an NCAA team looks like fellas.

Apparently I screwed that whole thing up. Except he did have the flu which is what I was referring to and smart phone can take the blame for the Bruce instead of bryce
