Similar players? Other than the fact that they are both tall gingers, what do they have in common?

Walton anchored himself on the block, playing an old-school pivot man role that is almost non-existent in college ball now. How many times has White actually posted up down low?

White can shoot the 3-ball and he can go by defenders from the wing with the dribble. Did you see White beat everyone else down the court in the Minny game? I loved watching Walton, but he could not do any of these things.

Agree with Bigtenchamp. Other than being white, playing basketball and having last names that start with "W", I don't get the comparison. Ryan Bowen, Jess Settles, Chris Street, Matt Howard, Matt Bullard, World B. Free maybe, but not Walton. J/K on WBF. That dude was in range once he crossed half court. Ahhh, I am old.

I think the Jess Settles comparison is a good one. Jess may have been a better ballhandler but Aaron is a player.
