Interesting game coming up this afternoon. Fuller (USC) plays against Alfords New Mexico team in what is going to be one of the lowest scoring games of the day.

USC is gawd awful and averages Lick'esque figures. Fuller is the #2 points scorer and leading rebounder on a bad USC team. I wish he could have stuck it out at Iowa because we would be a completely different team with him here this year but it is what it is.

New Mexico is favored by 3 with the O/U pegged at 113.0.

Fuller was not a center, he was a 4 which Basabe plays and he didn't have the jumper to play him at the 3 position. Yes he improved and would be a good player for Iowa but where would he get his minutes??

You realize we're starting Zach McCabe at "center," right? And bringing Andrew Brommer off the bench in relief? I think Aaron Fuller would find some time. A frontcourt of Fuller and Basabe would be just fine even though neither is a traditional 5. It would like Basabe and Jarryd Cole except that Fuller has an offensive game.

I liked James Winters and Jimmy Bartles at center more than McCabe. Man, Davis won a lot of games with quirky line-ups and players.

Not trying to create a ******* match here. I was looking through the daily lines and came across that one. Its a nice betting opportunity as NM is good enough and USC is bad enough that NM should cover the 3 points easily. USC either doesn't have the ballers or plays such a slow pace of a game that they will get run out of the building by NM. As someone who absolutely hates alford I would like to see NM get smoked but as a gambler I'm also realistic to the likely outcome of the game.
