Two games obviously does not make a season, but is it fair to say that Aaron Fuller has shown some development since last season? I think Brommer is showing a little something as well. Damn it Lick.....how dare you develop a player!!!

This is a huge, HUGE, issue I have with the BB optimists. Every single one of you lose so much credibility with statements like these. Listen I'm happy for the players today after this win. But by no means does this mean I will be ok with the amount of progress, or lack thereof that Lick has brought in his 3 years. And by saying this, don't take it as a disagreement to your statement. I completely agree with your opinion of Fuller as well as Brommer. But acceptance of developing lower tier players is a stance I refuse to agree with. I have no problem giving Lick another year. The players he has coming in next year show some resemblance of an upgrade in recruiting. But I see no reason Lick shouldn't be forced to hire more experienced Asst coaches that can lure players that don't require the type of development you mention only to finish in the bottom 2 or 3 in the Big10.

One, I could really care less if I hold any credibility with you. Two, I would not classify Fuller as a lower tier player. Wasn't he the player of the year his senior year in high school in Arizona? Three, every player, whether a two star or 5 star needs to show development and right now, Iowa just isn't going to get many 4 or 5 star recruits! He is bringing in a top 30 class next year. What do you want, top 5??? Every single one of you Lick pessimists lose credibility when you refuse to be realistic!!!
