Every damn season it seems. It's almost as if Ferentzball (read Tresselball) only works when you've got top level athletes. We're missing them in the middle of the defensive line, and that has made all the difference.

We have Minny's number like Wisconsin has ours. We beat them, beat Illinois, and Nebraska is so poor right now. Unless Iowa throw's in the towel 9 is not out of reach. But, it would still be a hallow 9 wins.

This is another year like last year where the bounces, some calls, but mostly just not enough big plays are going in Iowa's favor. Lost 4 close games last year. At some point we have to look at the coaches and say they are coming up short in play calling, not getting players into the best situations, decision making, etc. Some coaches know how to win these close games 80% of the time.
