I didn't see the "offer as soon as possible" focal point. I thought one of the unwritten recruiting rules was to get out and scout the local elementary school recess games and find that diamond in the rough before anyone else does in the hopes of getting a 5 or 6 year old to verbally commit to a class ten plus years ahead of time.

Maybe that is all the guys with binoculars that send off alarms at elementary schools. They aren't there because they are a sex predator, they are scouting!
