Penn State 2008 has to be on there. Maybe replacing UCLA 1981

@Penn State 2009 definitely replaces @MSU 1990. @Wisconsin 2003 isn't far behind.

2001 Alamo Bowl was probably more exciting than 2004 Florida Outback although I enjoyed the relatively easy win. If you want to put a blowout on this list, nothing tops 1984 Freedom Bowl over Texas.
 
My personal top game was Pitt in 15 - I was also at the 2002 ISU game, which ended poorly, but was still an amped up game. My top bowl trip (been on 5) was Miami in 2009.

Michigan 1985 - No description necessary
Michigan St 1985 - My first game.
@ Iowa St 2017 - For pure entertainment value, this is tough to beat
@ MSU 2009 - This was more like a street fight
@ Ohio St 1991 - Leroy Smith's classic game, every yard was earned in this game
Michigan 2003 - Very fun game to watch in person
@ Wisconsin 2003 - White knuckle finish, vintage Kirk team
 
If we're talking straight up excitement, that game, I forget if it was 2011 or 2012, where JVB led a monster comeback against Pitt has to be on the list.
 
And Purdue 2002 was a really exciting game, too. I feel like OP just put together a list of big wins for the program rather than exciting games.
