There were 40-some in attendance for ISU as well, and 90% of them were 0 star in-state guys with no offers from anyone.

Justin hilliard will be there on his official. A 2017 stud that holds an offer already.
In the last few years we've had losses regularly accompany noteworthy recruiting weekends with some of the most humiliating losses coming with some of the bigger recruit events. Maybe AIRBHG has found it can hurt the Hawks off the field just as effectively as it can on the field so it has simply migrated not departed.

Harris goes to high school in Iowa, not Illinois. He also doesn't have an Iowa offer, according to this:

Harris isn't actually from Iowa. He transferred in to North Fayette Valley at some point after the school year started this year. From what I've been able to track down on him, he's bounced from Wisconsin to Illinois to Iowa in a pretty short amount of time. Sitting out this season for NFV due to transfer rules, but lots of buzz around him.
