A lot of it is political ($$$$). Ulis only shot around 31% from three point range and he beat out a lot of really quality players. I doubt he would of been first team if he didn't have Kentucky to go with his name.

Have to disagree here. If Iowa had him as their PG, they would be legit NC contenders.
