3 Things I'd like to see at Carver this afternoon

1) All four seniors, Gatens, Brommer, Cartwright and Archie, start and play at least 3 minutes before some are subbed out;
2) Iowa pounds Northwestern with great defense, great hustle, great shooting and a crazy crowd;
3) All four seniors play the final few minutes and each one is subbed out individually in the final moments of a huge Hawkeye win with Gatens, of course, being the last to leave.

Now that would be a great way to head into the Big Ten Tournament.

What about a full house to cheer them on? I think Gatens is owed that from the fans for his loyalty to this program.

That'd be nice. Senior Day, a chance to spoil NW's slim NCAA chances, a chance to better our own position for the B1G tourney...plus I think I read on twitter that Mike Gesell is going to be in attendance for his first ever bball game at Carver.
 
Would be nice to knock NW out of the Big Dance, that way, I can listen to Mike Greenberg on Monday cry about how NW won't make it to the Dance.....again.

Get a huge, insurmountable lead. Then get all the seniors in the game in the last few minutes so they can be cheered going on the court and leaving the court one by one.

Better yet, put Brommer in at the beginning of the game and have him body Slam Shurna and then do the Clay Matthews pose as he is ejected from the game and then he can tear off his jersey and run up the aisle high fiving fans.
