3 State of Iowa teams in the Dance?

Iowa's win today puts them firmly in the picture for the Big Dance. I think UNI and Iowa State are already in.

3 teams in the Dance? Has that EVER happened? Wouldn't it be amazing?

Yep, 2004-2005.

9 seed Iowa State lost in the 2nd round.
10 seed Iowa lost in the 1st round.
11 seed UNI lost in the 1st round.

Hopefully this year sees better results.

I stand corrected. I have no memory of it.....it would still be great if all 3 made it
