In the previous 131 years of MLB only 20 perfect games were registered. That is an average of 1 perfect game every 6.5 years.

There is only one explanation that I can come up with: MLB is picking and choosing who gets to use "the clear" deodorant and pitchers are getting more of a favorable nod.

Explain to me how Jonathan Sanchez ever threw a no hitter and then you might be on to something.

How is a quality team like the Rays perfect gamed three times in their 14 year history?

Some things can't be explained, and these examples are proof. Baseball is a strange and beautiful game.
