3.5 Over/Under on the number of

Fitz will first try to take away the run and receivers need to take up slack of B Smith injury so I would say the hawks will have some trouble scoring. The 2015 Off Line was really good at cross blocking, zone scheme, some pulling and trapping but the hawks havent ran the ball well against NW the last 3 years.

Last year BF called for short pass routes but no one could break a tackle etc etc.

Probably need to back up the NW safeties and lbkrs and pass to open the running game.

Only 2 FGs but two TDs for a 20 to 10 or 14 win. A nailbiter

NW is going to run a bunch of short crossing patterns across the middle confusing our LBs. The y will hold the ball way longer then they should.

We will combat this with outside zone rushes to the short side resulting in a lot of punts.

I predicted we win by a lot. But we could lose by a little.

Yep. NU is a bad football team but I have watched Iowa play to whatever level of absolute dogshit Northwestern puts on the field enough times to know that we will either win this game by 21+ or lose by 5 or less. If it ain't put away by the midpoint of the 3rd quarter, just go out and enjoy the fall afternoon because you know we'll lose.

Iowa will line up in the I formation 90% of the time while rotating RB's to slam straight ahead into a 9 man box. Average carry will be 2.2yds. BF's intent is to wear down the defense. And in the end, he is successful. Iowa wins 6-3. Sleep-Dalton is named the B1G special teams player of the week as he punts 17 times for a 51yd average.
Hurray!!!!!!!!!

If this actually happened, the Ferentz's would ask you to pinch them, to make sure they aren't dreaming, as this would be an absolute perfect-dream-like scenario for them.
