2016 Iowa O-line

This line is green, they've been porous on pass blocking and not too good on run blocking either.

I was afraid of that this year. Last year we had a bunch of really long runs that made our run game look good. I think very little of it had to do with the line. Add in how bad our pass protection was and losing our best two from the line, I figured we might be in trouble. We don't lose that game if Welsh and Daniels play tho.

Even short handed they did what they could. It is a shame that their best play was called back from by a completely bogus holding call. I hate to see something like that when Iowa makes such a great play. Not only for the loss of the huge gain, but it also changed momentum.

The o-line is horrible. No talent and/or bad coaching. Either way, the o-line coach is responsible for both.
