It's tough to gauge highlight videos, but I was impressed with Pemsl and Moss. Other guys looked good too, but I hadn't seen much on Pemsl before this and thought Moss has continued to improve.

Nice mashup, thanks for posting!

Haven't seen much of Pemsl but from that video he kind of reminds me of a young Royce White.

Thanks. Pemsil looks like an interesting prospect. I heard somewhere that he's been battling injuries. Anyone know about that?

I'm not sure how serious but I believe it was a knee injury. He's been playing games so I'm guessing whatever it was it's no longer an issue.

He has not played in their past 5 games due to lingering knee soreness. He had arthroscopic knee surgery in the off season.

I think he is taller than White, and he is expected to get taller. He is probably more athletic than White. Royce White is a pretty good player, but I think he is a little short for his position for the next level. White has a bigger behind and breasts than Pemsl, but Pemsl is only in the eleventh grade. I think Pemsl will be a force at Iowa if he can stay healthy. He was injured last year, and he has been hurt a couple of times this year.

Yep you are right, just checked quikstats and he indeed hasn't played any games recently. Hopefully the knee issues aren't going to be a long term problem.

They all have builds that makes them appear ready to fit right in. Wagner is gonna be a beast. Hope Fleming can stroke it. Excited to see these guys get here

The recruits all look athletic and thick in their builds. I don't think they will be pushed around much after a year at Iowa. Uhl is going to be pretty good.

Wagner has the size to play the physical game we have been lacking since Cole.

Wait, R. White and Pemsl have man-boobs?

Seriously, I'm a bit concerned about his building injury history.

The site lists him at 6'5 but he looked taller than that or he was playing against a lot of short players. He did look physical.

He appears to "play big." Looks explosive. I hope Connor becomes a Paige type talent at guard. And let's not forget Patrick is in the wings...

We are gonna have a solid nucleus to build off for years. Just keep winning Hawks...

I'm sure Fran has a plan and is well aware, but I don't really understand the point guard situation. When Gesell and Clemmons graduate next year the only PG on the roster for the 2016 season is Trey Dickerson who will be a Senior. There's not a point guard in the 2015 class and I'm not seeing any known offers for the 2016 class either.

I'm assuming Connor McCaffery is looked at as a PG currently but that doesn't really solve the 2016 situation since he's a 2017 recruit. Plus he's currently 6'5" (at least) and only a sophomore in high school. If he grows to say 6'9" can he still be considered a point guard possibility? I mean sure it works out just fine for Kevin Durant, but still...

This is a concern of mine too, but is a few years away. My guess is that Moss plays some PG while Dickerson sits. I don't see Fleming as the PG type but I guess he may have to. Obviously the other plan is to bring in someone in the '16 class or juco. Keep in mind Fran did have a plan, but that plan left for Kentucky.

Point guard is a concern, but second only to Post players. Seriously, who is going to come in and play the post next year when Woodbury picks up his second foul at the 16 minute mark of the first half? Uthoff? Good Lord. I sometimes wonder if Fran is trying to build an entire team of swingmen. I have yet to see Mr. Wagner shoot from more than 6 feet from the basket. at 6'5" that is going to be a problem IMHO in the B1G. OK, some places list him at 6'7" ... uh huh. Now, Mr. Pemsl on the other hand ... he is the kind of guy you can build a team around. Still, where are we going to get a post player? This incoming class is full. I hope he has someone in mind for next year's class.

I hope Connor is good friends with Mr. Pemsl. If Pemsl grows a few more inches, he is going to be hearing from Roy and Company.
