2011 1st Team All-Big Ten

Who do you see making the preseason and postseason 1st team All-Big Ten teams? I think that Prater and McNutt are locks. Reiff is probably also a safe choice. Do we get a fourth guy? I'm thinking maybe Daniels if he builds on last year, and an outside shot of Morris making the postseason team if he improves as fast as he did in '10.
 
Postseason:

Vandenberg, Coker, McNutt, Herman, Ferentz, and Reiff on offense.

Daniels, Binns, Morris, Nielsen, Prater, and Hyde on defense.

Meyer and Canzeri on special teams (kicker and returner respectively).

So Iowa gets 14 of the 25 spots on the first team?

Someone get me what he's drinking!

Good list. I would add Reiff & McMillian as realistic possibilities.

I wouldn't be surprised if Reiff had a huge, B10 OL of Year type of season. This could very well be his last year at Iowa.
 
Ok, I figure realistically (from most likely to possible, assuming solid play, good health etc):

McNutt (2nd team coaches, honorable mention media after last season)
Reiff (2nd team coaches and media)
Prater (1st team coaches and media)

Daniels (honorable mention after last season)
Binns (honorable mention)
Hyde (honorable mention by media)

Ferentz
Coker (not enough carries to make it onto the teams last year, but had a HUGE bowl game. Continued performances will likely gain him attention)
 
Coker, Rieff, Mcnutt, Daniels, Prater have a realistic shot, but i think that only 2-3 will actually get it and i'm going to go with Coker, Reiff and Prater
