2010 vs 2012 Hawkeyes

Normally one would say that a winning team is better than a losing team, but dang... I remember this win and I would still rather see a game like today where the Hawkeyes lose! What do you all think?

I like winning too. Let me put this in perspective. The 2010 team was horrible! Lickliter got 8 minutes this game. Iowa beat a miserable Indiana team in a game that meant very little. Indiana has picked up Zeller and others to become a nationally ranked team again. Iowa has gotten much better too! This Iowa team would have clobbered either team in that box score from 2010.

Well, yeah, that Iowa team was terrible. I like this years team better than that one and it's tough to argue that the 2011-2012 Iowa Hawkeyes aren't better. Not saying much though.

Not only did li'l Lick get eight minutes, but the Hawks had twenty turnovers. That always killed me about Lickliter's teams: always had a ridiculous number of TOs for playing a slow-down style. Some were bagging on our pace last night for inducing mistakes, but I would rather have 17 TOs and 54 FG attempts than 20 TOs and 48 FG attempts.

Yeah put me down for the winning style, I enjoy watching fast paced bball....but I'd rather watch Iowa win...if Lick could have won...I would be a Lick Ball fan.

i`ve been waiting too long for winning to return. i`m not getting any younger. sometimes i lost my cool like last night. i did chairslamming but in garage, hahaha, away from everyone for safety sake.

That's dumb, I would rather win 2-0 than lose 108-99. But you're probably from the football crowd that would rather we run the spread, and lose 63-57 than beat PSU or someone 6-4

Lickliter's teams seemed to have about 8 jump pass turnovers a game. That was infuriating.
