2010 NCAA Tickets

Just checking to see if anyone knows when all the Schools are required to return tickets for the public to buy? I have gone to all but 3 NCAAs since 1997 and have never had this problem of no tickets available. I just wish someone out their really knew the reason ticketmaster hasn't had any tickets available since last year. Me and my 5 buddies that attend every year have tried to get tickets since we left St.Louis last year without success. Any help would be appreciated!

Was able to order a set of 2 back in July on ticketmaster.... I don't know what the problem could be... best bet could be to university of iowa and they can asked other schools who don't use their tickets... friend of mine call there about week or two ago and she got hers with the northwestern section in omaha
