1st- In the 3rd quarter McMillian came into the game and we promply drove the ball. Although he doesn't have the best footwork at times he can move people. He went back out and Koepel came back in later- not sure if he got reinjured.
2nd- Tarp got hurt and Johnson came in. After that is when Northwestern drove for 2 TD's on us.
My point is this. 3rd string OG, 3rd string LB. Our depth simply has a big drop off at certain positions where teams like OSU has much better quality depth. Some years the back ups do very well, some years they do not. 2nd string OG and 4th string MLB have done very well.
