2 for ISU VS Iowa

Have two of my 5 season tickets for sale for ISU VS UI. A Clone buddy of mine wants them and offered $175 a ticket but would rather sale to a Hawk fan. In WDM and have tickets in hand. Section 134 row 19. Nice seats if you like sitting in the end-zone. I like to see the plays develop and you see everything from these seats both side lines as well. There is a jumbo tron over your right shoulder for replays. PM me with offers.

Stub Hub says different. Many prices much higher then $175.00. This is what I hate about posting tickets on here some folks have no clue what the going rate is for tickets.

Some people just have a reality that watching this game isn't worth that much. I am one of them. If you want the money sell them to the clone fan, but don't complain if people think they are too high on here. Don't post them since it annoys you. I don't see why this was so hard?
 
I have two season football tickets; sometimes, I cannot use them both. So, if the game is an early season contest against a lesser opponent, I look for a mom or dad with son or daughter who just wants one ticket to get the kid in, then I hand it to the kid and say, "no charge...enjoy the game and go hawks.'

Some time back, I had an extra ticket for the ISU/Hawk game and put it up for sale outside the stadium; a young man asked how much, and I said, "...face value plus the cost of my seatback." He thanked me, said that I was actually selling him the ticket for about 1/2 what others had asked; he sat next to me and we analyzed the game throughout. Both of us had a great time.

I just don't believe in selling tickets above face value. I am not looking for compliments or ridicule. Just my opinion. Try it sometime: You might enjoy it.
 
Thanks for making my point for me I'm not the one complaining you all are. I just offered my tickets for sale and even justified the pricing and you are still complaining they are too high. Why do you have to comment on them at all? If you took the time to even look at the link you would see that the link sends you to tickets all in my section 134 most are 199 to 300. But that would be too much effort for you guys you just want to B!tch about it cause you can't afford to go. The best you can do is say Stubhub is garbage. The old saying goes "opinions are like a-holes" I'm sure you guys can finish the rest.

My comment wasn't directed at you. I've given my tickets to many for nothing and yes it is a good feeling but the price is well with in reason for this game.

You wanted to sell the tickets to Hawk fans but then end up telling Hawk fans to GTH?

Did you not say PM me with offers? Why not just wait for the offers and then make a decision? Instead you showed your hand way too early and now you have to take the heat for it. It is not up to you to justify the pricing.

I agree it is a little silly to get ridiculed. I've posted my tix on here several times and I have never really gotten any serious interest or offers. I haven't even asked high prices for them.
I've had my tix for 10 years. I've sold tix at a profit, traded for more seats, given away tix, sold them face value, and sold them for a loss. It comes and goes.
I currently have my seats for the ISU game listed on Stubhub. I personally don't like buying tix on there myself, but if someone wants to pay me too much money for tix that I can't use, I'm all for it.
Now I'm not gonna buy your tix but I am also not going to ridicule you for asking a high price. Although you should take out your 15% Stubhub commission on your asking price here, if you are using them as an example of what the tix are selling for.

They didn't send offers they just b!tched. Here since no one can click on a link here are the comparables from stub hub. They are all in Sec 134 and most with 2 seats are way over $175.

These are all sold prices?
 
Don't worry about what other people say. Tickets are yours to do whatever you want. Sell them for face value or sell them for $200 each. Who cares.

If someone thinks your price is too high, then they can look elsewhere. There are plenty of ways to get tickets. If you're a buyer, then just keep looking until you find tickets in your price range.

i like norwalk's idea about stubhub better. OP, can you post a picture of your tickets so i can verify they are in fact in your possession?
 
I wasn't trying to be a jerk with my comment I simply don't feel that's a reasonable price for this game. Secondly, it is my OPINION that using stubhub as a barometer for the value of your tickets is not indicative of their true value. I apologize if I offended you with my comment, but I would be surprised if you get that much for them. If you do, hey, more power to you.
