I watched the '87 Sweet Sixteen victory over Oklahoma the other night (DVR'd it a couple years ago on BTN). It got me thinking about the great teams from the 80's and made me hungry for more info. Anyone know if there was ever a book or in-depth article written about any of these teams? My initial google search found minimal info.

I dont think any books about those teams...but in my lifetime, that was the best basketball across college...not just for Iowa...The 80's were it for college hoops.
I would have loved to have seen Iowa's six pack team play...would have loved to have seen Freddy Brown and Johnson play...Sam Williams....
