Assuming for the moment that Iowa gets into the tournament I think I would rather have them in the 12 seed play-in game rather than just a regular 11 or 10 seed.

A chance to get their feet under them before the real tournament. Alternatively, if they are really in that deep of a tailspin they will lose and thankfully end the season as quick as possible.

I’d put money on us being a 10 seed. Which is honestly more appealing than being an 8 or 9 and knowing Florida or Arizona is waiting in the wings.

I agree...a 10 seed is much better than an 8 or 9. But right now, this team is showing me nothing that would make me hope for a win or two in the NCAA...should they get in.
