It has been talked about a lot about the "BIGGER 4" and then the "Big 6". I think they will split OSU/UM/NE/PSU 2-2, then split IA-WI. If you are going to put UM and NE in the "west", then I think you have to put Iowa in the west and PSU, OSU and WI in the east. I think then you put MSU, IL...
