    My Post-Spring Top 25

    Mr. Deace, Good Pre-season stuff. I'll bet Boise St. joins the Pac-10 and TCU either to the ACC or SEC. I remember Marshall moving up to Div 1 after winning a majority of their games. Some teams just get better and stay there, so they should be rewarded.
