Furthermore, it was their FALLBACK OFFER from said recruit. They were ripping on the kid they wanted. And then they had to offer a worse recruit (who promptly committed) when said Chariton kid chose Iowa.

I'm pretty sure the B1G and Pac-whatever guarantee 4 year scholarships now. That's why I'm confused how this works. It should still count against his total. But, I'm sure the kid will try and go elsewhere to play..

How is that allowed in the B1G tho? Like, can someone explain how it works? Kid is entitled to a 4 Year Schollie, regardless right? And it SHOULD count against his total, right? But in essence, he's going to want to go somewhere else right?
