Anyone else notice the Badger pissing on our sidelines? https://twitter.com/basblma/status/1337899170015956994?s=21

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

LOL..so I guess my MBA doesn't make me an "elite" because I don't drink from the left wing well? But somehow, your community college diploma makes you an "elite" because you do? Whatever dude - i bet you're a lot of fun at parties. I guess I was strong enough, open minded enough and had...

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

Dude you have some serious problems with reading comprehension (maybe some other ones too).

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

Wow - you went a lot of places there (mortgage interest deduction - really?)! Have to get your talking points in. Whenever I get into any sort of debate with an "enlightened leftie", they always resort to calling names when they realize they're losing the debate. Biden did it the other night...

It's Council It's Counciltuckey. But that comes from the very sophisticated west side of the river - you know Corn Dog land.

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

The donor states thing is disputed by many sources. Wallet Hub has NM as the #1 most federally dependent state. It has NY #24, CA #41, IL #45, IA #47 and KS is #50. USA Today has VA #1, IA #34, CA #40, IL #45, NY #47 and CT #50. The "nonpartisan" Tax Foundation has MS #1, NY #22, CA #29...

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

Hmm...12 of the top 15 states with the most debt have and have had Democrat leadership for many years. The top five are CA, NY, MA, NJ and IL. Those five states have almost as much debt as the other 45 and I think we can agree they're always on the list of the highest tax states and other than...

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

Really? You only chose the "introductory paragraph" - which seemed to support your argument that they don't accept "corporate money" (funny you did it that way!) Below that they show the breakdown for each quarter. Facebook has been their largest contributor overall, giving about $507,800...

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

LOL.. Counci LOL...Council Bluffs is a really good example of "Republican area" that is struggling....that's funny - I suppose if you never left Iowa you would think that. By comparison, CB is a damn nice place! You want some Democrat areas that are struggling with homelessness, crime...

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

How about you don't "read" articles at all. Just go to websites like the Bureau of Labor Statistics and look at the numbers yourself. factcheck.org is funded by FaceBook, Google and others, so there is some bia there as well.

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

Not all CEOs are evil FWIW. Some of them are very hard-working people who care about their employees. Some of them might even be Democrats (oh the horror!!). Unemployment did drop during the Obama years from about 8.3% when he took office to about 4.6% when he left office. It got as low as...

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

You know what hasn't changed in those cities in almost 50 years? The poverty rate in black America in 1968 was 12.8% and was 12.7% in 2016. You know what else hasn't changed? They live in almost exclusively Democrat run cities. Maybe it's time try something different...the current way of...

So, Trump caught a hoax somehow?

I don't need to Google it - I lived it! I'm in sales and the general malaise that there was in the economy during those years was palpable. The business owners that I worked with were always talking about how difficult it was to comply with all of the new rules that were put in place - from...

    Rev. Deuce Hogan

I assume that you and all the other non-religious people on here gladly work on Christmas. I mean, it would be pretty hypocritical of you take a pay from your employer on a religious holiday.

    Where’s Gary Barta??

Neck Moines? I suppose you live in Ottumwa or some other sophisticated location like that?

    Where’s Gary Barta??

Those of us that live in central Iowa are “fortunate” enough Jamie Pollard interviewed at least once a week on one of the local radio shows. Does Gary Barta ever do interviews on the radio anywhere? Eastern Iowa? Iowa State is defiantly winning the propaganda war here in the Des Moines area...

For those who have traveled in the past with HN or the IU to bowls

I usually buy them directly from the bowl's website. It's not always clear which side our fans will be sitting on, but most of the bowl games we've been to, the Hawkeye fans far outnumber the opposing teams fans, so you're usually sitting amongst plenty of Hawk fans either way.

For those who have traveled in the past with HN or the IU to bowls

We have been to every bowl game since the 2003 Orange Bowl (2002 season). That was the only bowl game that we went to on a bowl charter and I don't think I'd ever do it again. The problem is, you don't have good seats for the bowl, you have to travel almost everywhere with the same group of...

Watching Big 4 Classic Online (Mediacom)

I have DirecTV but I have Mediacom internet. Does anyone know if they stream channel 22 online anywhere? I've seen people referencing watching this channel on their iPad or laptop, but I can't find any information about it. I don't want to call Mediacom, because that would just **** me off...
