I say this with all due respect but I still trust a D-1 Power 4 football staff to evaluate a QB's skills over yours. They see the kid every day. Your evaluation of his HS tape can't compare. Not trying to be a DB but calling this as I see it.

Not sure. I've read that his injury was with his hamstring. Those soft muscle issues can take a long to heal. And it's very easy to come back too soon and reinjure it.
