    14 Spots Open?

See my post above - they have a better non conf but it isnt that much better as the numbers show. I think ISU should be in but blasting Iowa's non conf is weird considering yours isnt that great, Also, there is a reason Iowa's was weak....freshman needed experience. Fran has said that...

    14 Spots Open?

Wow, look at this murderers row of a non conf sched from the Clones! http://www.rpiforecast.com/teams/Iowa%20St..html Games against the top 50 - TWO Wins against the top 50 - ZERO Games against the top 100 - FOUR Wins against the top 100 - ONE Then you have Iowa's...

    14 Spots Open?

Remember when Iowa state lost to Iowa and beat nobody in the non conf and then used that ridiculously easy joke of a conference schedule to get into the tournament? One thing I dont understand is ISU fans blasting Iowa's non conf sched considering they didnt beat anybody in their non conf sched

    RPI up to 71

For the record I think the odds of beating NW is about 60% and beating MSU is about 15-25%. I guess my only point is imo Iowa controls its own destiny without having to win the BTT or make the champ game

    RPI up to 71

Who here has said they just need 1 win? You said "a deep BTT run" which sounded like you thought they needed 3 wins for sure. I think 2 gets them in and I havent seen anyone on this board saying that 1 win will do it

    RPI up to 71

Why do you think 3? Based on some of the bubble teams losing and how it sets up I think 2 gets us in for sure

    RPI up to 71

Bracket update: Baylor stays alive - Men's College Basketball Nation Blog - ESPN Look at how soft the bubble is before you post things like this. Two more wins, an RPI anywhere in the 50's and Iowa is in. I dont think anyone is setting themselves up for disappointment...just speculating.

If we win 2 games we are absolutely in. Look at the bubble right now - The only reason we arent in now is lack of a quality win away from home. Beat MSU or OSU and that problem is solved. Just that simple
