Iowa is ranked 125th in the RPI and has only played one quality team out of conference, Creighton, a game which they lost by 23 points. ISU not a quality Non-Conference opponent according to NW. LOL...Cyclones can't even get respect from lowly NW.

We are on our way back, not quite back yet. I think back means NCAA tourney appearances, not quite sure I think we can consistently compete for final fours. But a couple sweet sixteens would be nice.

I think a couple of teams in the big 10 are a little overrated (ie. Illinois, Purdue, Indiana). Big Ten gets a little more cred then they should this year in my opinion. I mean Iowa, Penn State, and Nebraska are beating some of the top teams in this league. Not sure that means the league...

How were they a Big 12 Bubble team? You are talking about a program that has never won a NCAA tournament game, and has won 5 road games in 3 years (one of those at Iowa this year). Big 10 is a better conference for sure this year, but I think the Big 12 is decent enough.

1 Quality win on ISU's Schedule. They still have alot of work to do. As for Iowa, I think 2 years we should realistically be looking at the tourney. We need a star though. A star player can carry you quite a ways. ISU has one in Royce White.
