Each team has what, 10 coaches, usually they recruit by area. So its not 200 some kids for one guy, that would be 20 per coach ( just for easy numbers). That's not an unreasonable amount to have solid connections with imo.
Then they need to do away with divisions all together. I actually preferred it the old way (pre divisions), but no matter what your not going to be able to play everyone.
In no way can you ever set up a scenario where a conference game doesn't mean anything, that's just bad business
The Chiefs are the Payton Manning of the AFC, great in the regular season, choke in the playoffs.
I do agree on the Bears and the Rams. give Bears a leg up, that defense is just insane.
I dont think football relevance has anything to do with it, BIG added Rutgers and Maryland...
I dont see the BIG adding 2 schools from the same state, OU and OsU are probably tied together.
Well we did get a top 25 win this year ;)
I think the best way is to have 3-4 permanent games (Nebraksa, Wisky, NW, Penn) and then just rotate the other 5-6 every 2 years. Best records at the end play in the CCG.
The BIG does not like to see an OSU NW game for the title.
