It was SDSU. And I think the Jackrabbits are a pretty decent team. Lost by four at Nevada, who may be overrated but still, a decent showing.

I suspect that there is still a bit of recovery from the removal of the nine pound cyst from his abdomen. That has to affect core strength. I believe he will come around in time. Even someone that young needs a decent amount of recovery time.

I think Iowa / Iowa State should be every other year. It would benefit both programs and keep Iowa from scheduling paralysis. Additionally, every class that stayed a full four or five years would have a crack at Kinnick and at the other place. Not gonna happen, but it should.

I really don't get the all the rancor over this one. The piece was basically about Iowa's recruiting being better than the national perception of Iowa's recruiting. There is more actual talent than perceived talent. End of story. I would assume that everybody here (or the vast majority)...

Hawks tend to do well against run first offenses, not from Wisconsin.... MSU offense is pretty much meh, not unlike Iowa's. Defenses are both strong. Seems like a toss-up. God help me, I am feeling a win against a ranked opponent. 20-16 good guys. One Iowa score by defense or special...

Here is my 1/2 cent worth on this one. I don't see any way that Northwestern can win this game. But I can conceive of a world where the sub-Urban Meyer's can lose it. Then again, I may just be crazy.
