I trust in Fran when he says he will replace guys leaving with as good, if not better players. The big advanyage as I see it is that he gets to recruit guys that he wants for his style of play. If we can snag Salter and get Andre Murphy to walk on, we will be in good shape at pg next year...

Could it be that Fran already knows who he is hiring and they are working on recruiting as free agents before they become employees? This might give an advantage to bypass contact rules etc. for people already on staff. Just sayin'
