Depending on TX A&M... if they go to the SEC... that leaves the PAC16 at 15 ... could be they didn't want BSU getting that invite.. :)

Pride... TX likes to call the shots... Things are changing now however... with CU and OSU going on their own to the PAC-10 and Nebby to the Big10... TX might swallow some pride and agree to become an equal partner in the Big10 vs... who knows what.

I don't know about a trophy... but how about a convoy of combines the week of the game heading east/west on I-80... raise awareness for farmers.. build up to the game. Maybe they escort the trophy to either stadium depending on location.... maybe not?

MWC... as that seems to be the general thinking on where they would end up. I gotta think, with the their network already in place, they would like KU, KSU.. and ISU... no?... just a thought.
