Well, we'll know soon if legal action will be taken or not. I'd assume that if legal action were to be pursued, the parents in question would have to have their child transfer....otherwise I would guess it would hurt their case if they left their child in the care of KF/Doyle for further years...

Yeah, UM being on that list is puzzling. DRob's status is still up in the air (to my knowledge, correct me if I'm wrong though), Forcier is gone, the defense will probably still be horrendous (or at LEAST below average), AND UM will be implementing at least a somewhat new offensive philosophy...

The coaches have known about this for a while, so the fact that we've recently been recruiting Remound Wright/Jordan Canzeri pretty hard tells me that our coaches feel pretty good about Cooper. If they didn't, I have to believe they would've offered another DT by now.

I think he might actually get an offer even if we get Wright...if you watch this kids defensive highlights, he looks like he could be one heck of a CB with a little bit of coaching. If we don't get Pitts/Hendy/CyKo, I'd expect him to get an offer regardless of what happens with Wright.

Yeah, the really nice thing about Wright is the fact that he appears to be an elite prospect both at CB and at RB, so he could potentially fill two needs for us (btw, I think Coe is the same way - has good potential at both RB and OLB/DE).

I agree with this, but I actually expect Hitchens to win the job over Bernstein....I just have to believe there is a reason that Bernstein has never won a job....granted injuries have played a role, but I'm still skeptical of his overall ability....hopefully he proves me wrong.
