Some discussion on what you're hearing about DJ Carton and Iowa. Any attrition rumors for the current team?

I don't think Iowa has anything to lose by getting him on the team. I could see him going to ISU/UNI/Bradley just to avoid playing against OSU... if getting close to home is a priority. This will be an interesting and fun story to watch.

I'd say it'll be more in the range of 50/50 of the two choices you mentioned. You have Bakari and Kriener's minutes that will need to be replaced. Nunge/Pemsl has yet to show they can handle a full load and Joe/CJ/Conner need another backup.

Iowa wins this game with either JoBo or CJ. For sure with both. Horse shoes and hand grenades...

Currently, Iowa is tied with 3 of the 4 teams they play to end the season. It’s time to mash the pedal to the floor!

I think this next off season will be critical for him taking the next step. Much like Garza if he can improve substantially accordingly, then I can see where he fits in the NBA. IMO he needs to demonstrate a consistent “take over” the game when the situation dictates. That to me seems to be...

At this point on the year... Does anyone feel that JW shown enough to make the NBA jump? Unless something really changes this year, it feels like he's still a year out before he makes the jump. Maybe I'm just influenced in hoping that he sticks around for one more year....
