I can attest that any team with Cosgrove on it IS THE WORST TEAM IN AMERICA. And I include Pop Warner teams. My only regret in joining the Big Ten is joining a year late and NOT laying a couple of hundred points on that poor excuse of a coach.

As a Nebraska fan I really don't know who I want in the same division or "rival". Our experience with Colorado says that rivalries can not be made, but develop with time, so I would put that on the back burner. Also the experience with the Big 12 says that the balance of power shifts with time.

I wager each of the three is twice the school academically compared to Texas Tech

Don't know nuttin' about no rivalries, but D1 would have 4 of the top six teams historically and D2 has the other 2.
