We have two former OL coaches and two former OCs on staff, none of them with much experience in their actual position. KF to OL coach, Polasek or OKeefe to OC, and Brian to HC. Problem solved.

Bottom line if the OL plays better we win that game. They were terrible for the 2nd week in a row and that shouldn’t happen, not on a KF team, if we have any chance to be good.

My biggest criticism of Doyle is at QB. Stanley is too bulked up in the chest and shoulders, from too much power lifting in the upper body, and that diminishes his touch, imo. He needs to do more push-ups, lighter weights and exercises like swimming, for tone, not bulk.

Not true, Vegas thinks we have a slightly better chance this week. Vegas factors in everything to come up with the line. I actually think, since Vegas knows most of the public money will probably go on PSU with this line, that Vegas actually thinks Iowa is a toss-up or maybe slight favorite...

This is so bad. If you're pointed at drop back and it's the signal for someone else to come. It really wouldn't be that hard to coordinate. There are way too many things (like tells) in the Iowa offense for defenses to take advantage of. Probably everyone in the Big knows these things to.

That empty set look, so often, was a really bad idea against Michigan. We couldn't have drawn it up any better for them. Iowa should hire Urban Meyer as a consultant.

We haven't broke the top 50 in YPC rushing since 2008. In that time period we've put quite a few OL in the NFL so something must be wrong. You'd think even with the average RB's we've had we could get in the top 50 at least.

We went empty backfield shot-gun a lot, which plays directly into Michigan's strength. No threat to run whatsoever. Michigan is happy to blitz and play man to man. If we're going to do that, Stanley needs to take off sometimes like he did against ISU.

No, Iowa State got lucky on two big plays or the game wouldn't have been that close. We are getting better in the secondary with experience. Iowa State might beat us 3 out of 10. Michigan has a lot better defense, particularly the DL and secondary.
