I agree, he does deserve credit. But I don't know why in so many other similar situations in the past he didn't call timeouts to design plays. True, the shots didn't go in last night but they were two open looks which in my mind gave us a better chance to tie/win than just having Gesell drive...

Amen to the OP. Thanks to Iowa basketball for all the memories this year and for going 11-6 this year. I know it's been tough this year but going through this tough time will only develop character if you keep working hard. If you keep working hard, some good things can still happen this year...
