Nope...Ferentz needs to stay put. He has proven that he can win at Iowa, and win well. Could he shake up the current staff a bit? Maybe. He's going to have to with a new DC and DL coach. Either way, 6 and 7 win seasons are going to happen at Iowa. They happen at OSU, Florida, Texas, USC...

From what it sounds like, the suspension from the team (not school) came from the U of I, not Ferentz. It's probably something like drinking in the dorms or something petty like that. At least I hope so. If that is the case, then Coker is going no where except up the charts in the Iowa RB...

Everybody here really needs to settle down on JVB. The kid did well his first year leading the offense. Next season, he will come back more rehearsed and 1 year wiser in the offensive system. I think he is poised to have a great year next year with the talent at WR, TE, RB and OL coming back...

Apparently he posted a message on facebook after the Michigan game when he was cleared to play, but Ferentz didn't put him in. Out of frustration, he posted that it was "Straight bullsh*t" that he did not play. The message was since then removed, but Ferentz caught wind of it anyway...
